Block: Today students finished the HOHH test questions and turned papers in. When they finished, they began a language arts survey. This will be due at the end of the period Wednesday.

Keyboarding: Today in keyboarding, students are allowed to play games in the keyboarding program, to give them extra practice.

Science: Today we completed the first investigation in mixtures and solutions. Students are exploring the concept that some mixtures can be separated by using screens and fine filters.

Cartooning: Discussion on story breakdown, and the importance of the lead story. Students who have had their idea lists approved will begin working on their actual cartoons.

Reminder: Parent/student forms acknowledging reading of the student handbook are past due. Students will not be allowed to attend field trips without returning the signed forms.
Swimming permission slips are due by next Wednesday. Internet permission forms are past due.
