Block: SSR, then we began taking notes on literature terms. Today we worked on Author, Cause and Effect, Character (physical description,) and Character Development (personality). We corrected page 14 of the language arts packets from last week and the week before. They have 5 days to make up any missing, then will not be able to fix their grades after that point. Lots of kids did not have theirs done!

Enrichment: We tried to finish all of the holiday posters today. Tomorrow we will begin the glass etching projects. Remember to bring your $2.00 if you haven't done that yet.

Science: We used part of the science period to complete painting. We received new science notebooks to be used just for the microscope unit. Label first page and draw/color large microscope on page one.

Cartooning: Presented power point. Decided on next project - a poster.
