I'm sorry for the long delay between blogs! I am finally well enough to be back at school. I gave progress notes out today for 6th graders, so ask to see them. They have until Tuesday to get any make-up work done.

Block: SSR, and advisory. We watched a student led conference video and discussed the conferences they will be doing in March

Art: Watched a video on depth. They drew one picture of their choice showing depth. Color wheels need to be finished and turned in (30 points).

Science: Watched Bill Nye video on blood. They needed 10 factual notes in their science notebooks. Science notebooks will be graded at end of the week - it is their responsibility to see that they are complete.

Cartooning: Scan in cartoons and cover pages with scanner. If they don't have 3 cartoon strips to be scanned, then they need to do more.
