Block: MAP testing for language arts.

Enrichment: Keyboarding resumed. Students charted their keyboarding lesson speed.

Science: We completed p.6 in their science notebooks with information from yesterday's salt solution lab. We also added 3 words to a word bank: solute, solvent, and saturated. Students who are needing to copy another person's notes due to being absent, may come in before school to copy the information, if they check with me first.

Cartooning: Over half the class was absent for the majority of the period due to an outdoor field trip or soccer games, so those who were here continued on their second cartoon strip.
WARNING: Some students are sitting and doing nothing, while others are working steadily, so all of the students will soon be receiving a weekly grade for participation.
