Monday, April 26

Block: SSR, spelling and vocabulary test on last week's words. Review of literary devices for test on Thursday. (Simile, metaphor, hyperbole, alliteration, personification, onomatopoeia.) To computer lab to type first two paragraphs for the geography report. The introductory paragraph and either "place" or "region".

Science: Period 4 prepare science notebooks for a new lab. In groups design a plan to discover whether the size of meteroids effects the size of craters. Make a list of materials as well as the steps to your experiment.

History: Work in teams to locate as many answers to the study guide on how Christianity effected Roman rule. Then orally review answers to front page of study guide. (Complete this on Tuesday). The test will be a big one - Next Monday.

Cartooning: Present power points. Then continue working on comic strip #3 which is due Wednesday. If not turned in on Wednesday, it will drop one grade and must be completed within one week or will receive a 0 - no chance to make-up. Continue scanning completed comic strips into shared folder.
